New entry apartment* includes: new apartment 2023 with two double rooms + 2 bathrooms with TV, kitchen with living room on the ground floor south side


For postponed arrive or No Show or advanced departure we account the day-price of the apartment.We consider a reservation definitive after the receipt of a deposit from Euro 300,00 to Euro 700,00. In case of cancellation the account will not given back.
Starring from the 1st of January 2014 a local tax (aged 14 years and over) has to be added to the prices and it is not included in the prices shown above.
